Choose the variables
Variables used to find clusters define what "similar patients" means: choose those measured before any treatment and relevant to the question. Keep outcomes as describe clusters only: they then show whether the clusters differ in outcome without having shaped them.
Choose the approach
If a patient can have several rows, choose the column that identifies the patient: the stability check then resamples whole patients.
